Seamless contract management with Dynamics 365 and SharePoint
More exchange and transparency without media break
Infront Sports & Media is a global sports marketing company with headquarters in Zug, Switzerland. It sells broadcasting rights to sporting events, awards sponsorship contracts, handles television broadcasting and production, as well as event management and accompanying online services. It maintains partnerships with 170 rights holders in 25 different sports and hundreds of sponsoring brands and media companies. The Infront Group employs more than 900 people at 35 headquarters in 15 countries.
Globally available contract information
Infront used to manage the contracts with partners, sponsors and media companies with its own software solution, which was mainly used for archiving. There was no central filing system and no process-integrated solution for handling the documents. For this reason, isolutions was commissioned to introduce a “contract management system” based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SharePoint. The aim was to standardize the administration of contracts and simplify access to them.
In cooperation with the customer, isolutions developed a solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint and the isolutions collaboration suite and introduced it in phases. Documents and information now reach the collaboration suite portal via the CRM system to SharePoint without media discontinuity, where they can be easily accessed and further processed. The contract data is available to all employees at all locations at all times. This simplifies and accelerates work processes. The exchange of information is optimized. It also ensures that it can be traced who has access to which data.
