Initial situation

Offers for services are prepared across departments by three teams. The Costing & Pricing team structures the requirements and wishes of the customers. The Product Management team prepares the cost calculation and the Sales team prepares the quotations. Rapid response times, high-quality offers and competitive prices are crucial to maintaining and further expanding SR Technics’ leading market position.


Together with isolutions, SR Technics has implemented a solution based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM / xRM and SharePoint which, for the first time, allows all teams involved to create even highly complex offers in a project-oriented, cross-departmental and unified manner without media disruption. The master data is stored centrally. The transaction data is recorded in xRM. Quotations are generated on the basis of this data and managed in SharePoint.
